Would You Rather (Movie, 2012)

Horror / Thriller movie directed by David Guy Levy. With Brittany Snow, Jeffrey Combs and Jonny Coyne.
Since her parents died in an accident, Iris takes care of her brother Raleigh, who has leukemia. As his health deteriorates and bills mount, unemployed Iris's despair increases. When a doctor introduces her to the rich and powerful Shepard Lambrick, who wants to help Iris when she participates in a game he organized, she decides to accept the offer. If she wins, his foundation will find a donor for her brother and pay for the rest of the treatments. Iris agrees, not knowing what will be asked of her.
